Year 1 - HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Year 1 went on their ‘Happy Holidays’ for their new topic immersion day. We spent the day throwing ourselves into a number of activities to really get us in the mood for our holiday. The activities consisted of decorating our own sea shells, creating flags of places we have visited on holiday, explored our new role play areas, which are set up as travel agencies, and we sketched some real sea shells! In the afternoon we took ourselves along the beach front with our ice creams to watch Punch and Judy. We all found this very funny and thoroughly enjoyed our day.
