STEM Science Year 6
Year 6 had an amazing time at Network Rail last week. They took part in a STEM science event organised by Network Rail to encourage young people to think about their future careers. The session included:
- A tour of the Network Rail building
- Insight into the roles of civil, mechanical and system engineers
- Workshop activities
We had a wonderful time creating spaghetti and marshmallow towers, building trains and learning how to be a surveyor. Many thanks to Network Rail for giving Year 6 such an eye-opening and informative session.
