Year 4
SPRING (1) 2021
Year 4 have been working brilliantly this half term. We are so proud of each and everyone of them for showing true resilience and commitment to their learning.
In maths, the term started with multiplication and division and we are now learning about fractions.
In English, the main unit that we are learning about is The Borrowers. As well as this, we are continuing to have regular grammar lessons and develop our literal and inference skills in reading comprehensions.
Year 4 have been working on their fitness in their PE lessons, even if we do never want to see another duck walk again!
Over the last two weeks, in science, we have been conducting some investigations about dissolving. The children enjoyed being scientists in their kitchens and hopefully didn’t make too much mess!
