Building towers exploring different materials. Plastic bottles, pipe cleaners, wooden blocks, 3D shapes and paper clips! Also researching pollution.
YEAR 6
We started our science topic ‘The Art of Being Human’. We made blood smoothies out of pineapple juice (to represent plasma), strawberries (red blood cells), marshmallows (white blood cells) and sprinkles (platelets). We also started to look at the different sections of the heart, completing a very difficult heart jigsaw!

Year 4 outside doing a NASA straw rocket experiment! Inside, doing a dunking biscuit experiment!
